Order Processing Times
All orders placed through our website are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
Skip the delivery fees and wait times by collecting your order directly from our warehouse!
- Cost: Free
- Location: Off 621, 501 Oase Close, Breed St, Montana Park, Pretoria, 0182.
- Process: Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification when your order is ready for collection.
- Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" notification before arriving at the warehouse.
Courier Shipping
We offer courier delivery services throughout South Africa for all our petroleum equipment and fluid management consumables.
- Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order.
- Deliveries are typically made within 3-5 business days of your order being processed.
- Expedited shipping options are available upon request by contacting our support team directly.
Damages & Issues
Petroleumfix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during third-party delivery services.
If you received your order damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
